Forensics are present at a flat where two people have been arrested following an alleged assault in the early hours of this morning.
The assault happened at a flat in Moredon Park, Swindon, early on November 23 with a man in his 30s and a woman in her 40s later arrested on suspicion of section 18 grievous bodily harm (GBH).
The suspects remain in custody, while the victim, a woman in her 30s, remains in hospital for treatment after suffering injuries which are not thought to be life-changing.
A scene is still in place while enquiries continue, with pictures shared with the Adver showing forensics teams, police officers and police vehicles.
