A multi-million pound sale price has been revealed for a former Nationwide office in Swindon.
Ramsbury House shut in April with the hundreds of staff being transferred to the building society's Pipers Way headquarters.
The 76.000 sq ft site on Kembrey Park is listed on RightMove by Lambert Smith Hampton for £6.5 million.
It is described as a modern and refurbished office with "one of the most attractive and well-serviced business parks in Swindon".
The building offers a high-tech facility incorporating two-storey offices around two central atria, together with ancillary research and development accommodation.
An extensive refurbishment has taken place to include raised floors, suspended ceilings and LG7 lighting as well as a fully equipped canteen and auditorium.

A Nationwide spokesperson told the Adver in June this year that "several" local organisations had declared an interest in the site.
In 2019, Nationwide announced that it had purchased the site at Kembrey Park to turn it into a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly office complex, which would act as a base for 700 digital staff and as a place for local groups and businesses to meet and network.
The tech hub opened in February 2020, supplied all of its energy from renewable sources and recyclable material, and was hailed as a “huge milestone” for the business and a “world-class facility”.
Five years the company closed it.
