A Slough driver is set to appear in court after being allegedly 'caught out' by a speed camera on the M4 in Swindon.
24-year-old Basit Jabbar, of Cheviot Road in Slough, will appear in Salisbury Magistrate's Court on Monday morning, December 1, after being charged with speeding on the M4.
The speeding charge dates back to an incident nine months ago.

The charge states that Mr Jabbar drove a Mazda 3 on the M4 near Swindon above the 70mph speed limit on March 27, 2025.
The driver was allegedly caught on a manned police speed camera positioned between junctions 15 and 17 of the M4.
He will now appear in court at 10am on Monday morning to issue his plea.
Wiltshire Police says it is continuing to crack down on what the force calls the 'fatal five' driving offences across the county, with regular unexpected speed checks.
The fatal five offences include speeding, drink/drug driving, driving without a seatbelt, driving whilst using a mobile phone, and reckless/dangerous driving.
