New dashcam footage has shown the moment two cars collided in a dramatic crash in Swindon, which saw two casualties taken to hospital.
The crash, which took place on Friday morning, February 13, saw a black Ford Fiesta crash into a white Renault Kadjar travelling in the opposite direction on Pipers Way in Swindon.
Emergency services rushed to the scene following the crash, and two casualties were taken to the Great Western Hospital to be treated for suspected minor injuries.
However, new dashcam footage, captured by ASC Audio's thinkware dash cameras, has shown the moment the cars smashed together.
The video shows a black Renault veering across into the oncoming traffic and briefly braking moments before the crash occurred.
Other footage, which has not been shared with the public for privacy reasons, shows one casualty crawling out of a car as onlookers rush over to help.
Numberplates and people have been blurred or removed from the video to respect the privacy of those involved.
Following the crash, the road was closed in both directions, which caused traffic to queue around the area, including Croft Road.
Pipers Way is now back open as normal.

A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "Officers were called to a road traffic collision between two cars, a Ford Fiesta and Renault Kadjar, on Pipers Way in Swindon at 8.21am this morning (13/02).
"Two people were taken to hospital with suspected minor injuries. The driver of the Renault Kadjar has been reported for dangerous driving. The road was closed in both directions but has since reopened."
