From a child attacked at a play park to a suspected hit and run, these are the most serious incidents which have taken place in Swindon this week.
A 12-year-old boy was assaulted at a play park located next to the main entrance of Swindon Designer Outlet on Sunday, May 10, at around 1:45pm.
The child sustained serious injuries to his face after he was assaulted by a group of boys in broad daylight.
Officers investigating the incident are urgently appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

This week, Wiltshire Police also issued an appeal for information after two men in balaclavas approached a cyclist on Seymour Road, Walcot.
The male cyclist was pushed off his bike before the robbers, who were dressed in black, made off with the bicycle at around 7:15pm on Tuesday, April 28.
Officers are working to identify the victim and the suspects as the incident was reported by a member of the public.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Anyone with information should call 101 and quote crime reference number 54260050722.
"Alternatively, call CrimeStoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
On Tuesday, May 12, local councillor Adorabelle Shaikh was shocked to see racist graffiti had been sprayed on the wall of a house in Broadgreen, which read as 'Ethnicleans'.
Cllr Shaikh said: "Politics in general should have a positive and powerful influence on making decisions that help the lives of the people in the area you represent.
"With this same power comes a huge responsibility, and it shocks and saddens me that we still have a group of individuals that go around spreading hate and divide.
"Broadgreen is our home, I will always be proud to represent and protect it as a person of colour from a South Asian heritage."
By 11am the following day, a council worker had covered up the vandalism and it had been reported to police.
Officers have launched an investigation following a 'hit and run' incident involving a car and an e-bike in Swindon.
Between 3pm and 4pm on Saturday, May 9, an e-bike and a car were involved in a crash on Tewkesbury Way, West Swindon.

Police say the car driver did not stay at the scene.
They have urged the driver and any witnesses to come forward, especially those who may have footage of the crash.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "Officers investigating a road traffic collision involving an e-bike and a car would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time or who may have dashcam or doorbell camera footage of the incident
“We would also like to hear from the driver of the car, which was involved in the collision and did not remain at the scene.

Multiple motorbikes were stolen from the Penhill area over the weekend on Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10.
Officers investigating the thefts have urged residents to call 999 in an emergency or 101 for non-emergencies.
Their latest advice states that anyone with a motorbike should use high quality locks attached to immovable objects, store bikes in a secure location and consider using tracking devices or tags.
Elsewhere, The Runner pub has issued an appeal for two women who reportedly dined and dashed to come back and settle a bill of £84.
The pair were said to have visited the Wootton Bassett Road pub on Friday May 8 in the evening and they ordered starters and two bottles of prosecco.
They left without paying the £84 and the pub has urged them to make contact before they are forced to report it to the police.
