A new talk will explore the history of a Wiltshire town.
Historian and author Tony McAleavy will present "Malmesbury: The First 3,000 Years" at Malmesbury Town Hall on July 10, 2026.
The talk is part of the Malmesbury Magical Mystery Tour Weekend.
Mr McAleavy, a leading author and historian and an entertaining and popular speaker, will be sharing highlights and new findings that help explain Malmesbury’s incredible continuous past.
From very recent Bronze Age discoveries to the town we think we know today.
Tickets for the event are priced at £10 and can be purchased online or at the Town and Tourist Information Centre in Malmesbury Town Hall.
