A Swindon woman has been charged with eight counts of fraud after allegedly falsely claiming shs was unfit to work.
Lidia Young, of Dacre Road in Walcot, Swindon, was due to appear in Swindon Magistrates' Court on Thursday, July 2, charged with eight counts of fraud by false representation.
Ms Young, who is currently 46, had allegedly been falsely claiming that she was unfit to work since as far back as November 2017.
The offences all allegedly took place between 2017 and 2023, with the exception of 2020.

Ms Young did not attend Swindon Magistrates' Court on the morning of July 2.
Her case has now been adjourned, and she is next due to appear and enter pleas on August 13 back at Swindon Magistrates' Court.
Ms Young will be represented by a solicitor from Walker Law.
