A prolific offender has appeared in court after police issued an appeal for information to locate him.
James George, 37, of Moredon Park, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and possession of cannabis at Swindon Magistrates' Court on Monday, July 13.
George was discovered to be in possession of the drugs in Swindon on May 30.
Prior to this court appearance the force issued an appeal for the public's help to find him, urging anyone with information to call 999.
After pleading guilty to these offences, the 37-year-old was fined £120 and the heroin and cannabis seized by police will be destroyed.

In February, George was handed a suspended sentence order after using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress to a police officer in Swindon.
He was sentenced to eight weeks in prison suspended for 12 months.
The Adver reported in November that George had pleaded guilty to four counts of criminal damage, two counts of assaulting emergency workers, one count of cultivating cannabis plants and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.
This spree included destroying a copy of the Police Codes of Practice, worth £14.50, and spitting in a police van after being taken into custody.
On this occasion, he was jailed for four weeks and ordered to pay total costs of £154.
