The Royal Wootton Bassett Fitness & Friendship Club is inviting people to join their sessions.

The club, part of Age UK, offers a fun, social environment with gentle seated exercises to help with everyday tasks.

Attendees can enjoy chats over tea or coffee, games, and relaxing Tai Chi.

The club encourages people to come and give it a go, saying, "We'd love to meet you."

The sessions are held on alternate Thursdays from 2pm to 4pm at the Memorial Hall, Station Road, Royal Wootton Bassett, SN4 8EN.

The first session is free, with subsequent sessions costing £6 each.

One attendee said: "Really good and fun as well. I did not think exercise would be fun. I left with a real spring in my step."

Another added: "I really enjoy the club; the balance of exercise and fellowship is just right."
