Swindon residents have been warned to allow extra time for their journeys after works announced by Thames Water.
Thames Water are due to carry out follow-up works near the Manor Farm pub in Swindon, following previous works in this area earlier this year.
Councillor Vinay Manro issued a joint statement about the works with Councillor Alex Hughes, Councillor Leanne Stevenson, along with Parish councillors, Councillor Leigh Jackson and Councillor Adam John.
"Westfield Way, Thames Water follow-up works," read the statement.
"A quick heads-up for residents using Westfield Way.
"Thames Water are due to carry out follow-up works opposite Oseley Close, near the Manor Farm pub, from 1 to 5 September, following the previous works in this area earlier this year.
"At the moment, the work is shown as being within the verge, with no temporary traffic lights or other traffic management planned.
"We will be keeping a close eye on it and making sure Thames Water deal with any issues properly.
"If you are travelling this way, allow a little extra time just in case. If anything changes, we will update residents.
"Please let us know if you spot any problems during the works."
