Swindon’s Walcot and Parks Community Group will be having our usual monthly meeting at the Dome Community Centre on Friday 30th January.
The meeting usually starts at 7 p.m. and all local residents are welcome. We are at present looking into funding for a project involving the draining of the centre section of grass at Buckhurst Field. This would make a usually waterlogged section of the field available for young teams like those in the South Swindon Football Club to play matches.
