The Carphone Warehouse in Regent Street has been named top mobile phone retailer in Swindon by an independent mystery shopping report.
Industry publication Mobile News has produced a mystery shopping report into all the mobile phone retailers in Swindon, posing as a normal customer and quizzing sales consultants in order to test their knowledge.
The mystery shopper went to five mobile phone shops to see how easy it was to buy the ideal phone and call package for the commercial traveller.
THE Carphone Warehouse store on Regent Street scored the top marks ahead of The Link, Orange, Phones 4U and Vodafone stores.
The team at the winning store are renowned in the area for their knowledge and friendly approach.
Mobile News was impressed with their sales consultants' approach, stating that one of them, James Pearce, was a model salesman.
