A family-run doubler glazing firm going for 30 years is rebranding to meet changing customer demand.

South Marston-based TWC Home Improvements, previously known as The Windows Centre, has partnered up with Motionlab, the Conservatory Outlet’s digital partner, to launch a new website last month.

Joseph Heaton, Director at TWC, comments: “The home improvement sector has evolved greatly over the last few years. We’re seeing more customers opting to stay at home rather than go out and as a result we have seen a shift in customer buying habits.

“Many customers we speak to strive to not only create their dream home but a comfortable and welcoming home. It was inevitable that at TWC we had to evolve with not only the sector, but with our customers.”

The deal will see TWC receive tailored sales, marketing and operational assistance, as well as the support offered by its fellow Network members who regularly come together to share best practice and ideas.
