A TRIO of companies have kicked off the year by arriving at Wilderspool Park in Stockton Heath.

Once home to local brewery Greenall’s, the Bruntwood Works’ site is now housing digital agency Jellyfish, accountancy firm Slater Sheldon and financial planning company LJ Financial.

Daniel Lewis, senior commercial manager at Bruntwood Works, said: “Wilderspool Park’s accessible location and unique surroundings are two of its main draws for businesses of all sizes.

“Coupled with the close-knit business community that places like Wilderspool Park offers, Jana, our on-site customer manager and her team provide a full event programme so customers can have fun, collaborate and get to know their neighbours.

“We’re thrilled to have Jellyfish, Slater Sheldon and LJ Financial Planning on board and look forward to being part of their next chapter.”

Set in landscaped grounds, Wilderspool Park features four historical buildings that offer a mix of serviced, leased, managed and virtual spaces, appealing to businesses of all sizes from start-ups and small to medium-sized enterprises, through to larger, corporate businesses.

The buildings on offer include Whitehouse, Brewhouse, Quayside and Malt Building, all featuring open plan office spaces that still have original features such as sash windows, high beamed ceilings and exposed brickwork.

Independent financial adviser Suzanne O’Connor, from LJ Financial, said: “The space is ready-made for us, meaning we’ve been able to move straight in and embed ourselves within the community.

“We’re constantly evolving and so the move signals an exciting time for us, especially given the excellent location and unique character of the building.”
