SWINDON Town’s squad injury problems appear to have cleared up ahead of Thursday’s League One play-off semi final first leg at Bramall Lane, with only Harry Toffolo now a doubt.

Wes Foderingham (hip), Nathan Thompson (foot), Ben Gladwin (back), Massimo Luongo (ankle) and Jon Obika (back) were all thought to be struggling for the clash with the Blades.

However, having sat out Sunday’s 2-2 draw with Leyton Orient, it appears they are now fresh and raring to go.

Toffolo, who limped off during last week’s draw at Colchester, is the only one player with a doubt still hanging over him and Town boss Mark Cooper is less than optimistic on his prospects.

“(We're) as we thought really. I think we’ll be going in with more or less everybody fit,” Cooper told the local press this morning.

“The only one is Harry Toffolo that will struggle.

“We’ll give him every opportunity to be fit.

“He’s a little bit less than 50-50 - maybe 60-40 against.

“We’ve got a number of people that can play in that position - it’s a big miss with Harry being a natural left-sided wing-back but we’ve got people that can fill that role.”

The Swindon Advertiser was not permitted to attend yesterday's press conference at the County Ground.
