SWINDON Town have signed a new two-year deal with Calne Town Council and Beversbrook Sports & Community Facility to continue using the centre as the club’s training base.
The new agreement will enable both the first-team and the U18s to train at Beversbrook, using the 3G pitches and exclusive use of the full-sized grass pitches.
Town used the excellent facilities at Beversbrook for the duration of the 2017/18 campaign and, following on from that success, will now continue to do so until the end of the 2019/20 season.
Kevin Whitehorn, head of leisure at Beversbrook Sports & Community Facility, said: "I am delighted that Swindon Town have committed to a two-year deal following a successful start to our partnership last season.
"We have both full-sized grass pitches and 3G facilities here, which allows training to take place no matter what the weather, and we are thrilled to be working with Wiltshire's only professional football club."
This deal gives the club access to high-quality training facilities whilst they await decision on the planning application for their proposed new training base at the Twelve Oaks facility at Highworth.
