SWINDON Robins will have James Sarjeant and Tom Brennan in the reserve berths for tonight's final SGB Premiership match of the season against Belle Vue Aces at the Abbey Stadium (7.30pm).

Robins have booked James Sarjeant to guest for Zach Wajtknecht, who is still ruled out with a back injury suffered at Lakeside just under a fortnight ago.

Brennan, who impressed when he guested against Poole last month, again comes in for the unwell Jack Smith.

Swindon boss Alun Rossiter said: “Jack was ill last week and he’s texted me to say he still isn’t right, so we wish him well and it’s good to give Tom another opportunity.

“It’s a shame for Zach to be out especially as he’s missing some big meetings at the moment but he has to take the advice on his back, and our thanks to James for stepping in.

“We have really good weather conditions for the end of September, so it should be a perfect evening for speedway. It’s the last chance to see speedway here this season so once again I’d urge everyone to come along and support the club.”

SWINDON: Troy Batchelor, Adam Ellis, David Bellego, Tobiasz Musielak, Nick Morris, James Sarjeant, Tom Brennan.

BELLE VUE: Max Fricke, Steve Worrall, Craig Cook R/R, Rohan Tungate, Josh Grajczonek, Dimitri Berge, Kyle Bickley.
