DONE DEAL: Town sign Shrewsbury midfielder Grant on loan until January
SWINDON TOWN have signed Shrewsbury Town midfielder Anthony Grant on loan until January, completing Richie Wellens' summer transfer window business.
Grant, 32, joins off the back of making 42 appearances for Salop last season following his move from Peterborough in the summer of 2018.
As a teenager, Grant played for Chelsea – for whom he made one senior appearance for – before loan stints at Oldham, Wycombe, Luton and Southend followed.
He went on to spend four seasons with Southend – making 149 appearances – before moving onto clubs including Stevenage, Port Vale and Peterborough.
