POSTPONED: Robins postpone play-off semi-final due to poor weather forecast
SWINDON Robins’ SGB Premiership play-off semi-final first leg tie against Wolverhampton Wolves has been postponed due to the evening’s poor weather forecast.
Club officials made the decision shortly after 1.30pm on Thursday afternoon, with clouds already quickly gathering over the Abbey Stadium.
It means Swindon’s Monday night visit to Monmore Green next week has now become the semi-final’s first leg.
The Adver understands Swindon will host the second leg next Thursday (October 10), though this is subject to official confirmation.
