SWINDON Town have taken the decision to postpone this afternoon's League Two fixture against Scunthorpe United.
The news was confirmed an hour before kick-off with winds caused by Storm Dennis reaching up to 50mph.
Swindon Town released a short statement. It read: "In the interests of supporter safety, club officials have made the decision to call today's game off as it has become clear that the club could not guarantee the welfare of those in attendance, as the weather has deteriorated throughout the day."
More as we get it.
