Adver sport assesses the Swindon Town players in their 2-0 defeat to Forest Green Rovers in League Two.
Steven Benda 6
Could do nothing about either goal and had little other work with his hands. Indecisive passing out from the back first half as Forest Green pressed.
Paul Caddis 5
Gave away possession which left him out of position for the opening goal and had a tough time against Elliot Frear first half. Couldn’t get a leap in to challenge Ebou Adams for Rovers’ second.
Rarmani Edmonds-Green 6
Dallied on the ball on occasions under pressure from the Forest Green frontline.
Zeki Fryers 6
Had to chase towards his own goal on countless balls over the top but dealt with the challenge well. Lost Matthew Stevens for opener though.
Rob Hunt 6
Did not cut out cross for second goal. Could have taken on one-on-one effort himself instead of squaring for Doyle in penalty incident.
Anthony Grant 7
A typically feisty game from the midfielder. Picked up a yellow card in the first period but kept battling as much as possible in the circumstances.
Michael Doughty 7
Showed flashes of brilliance with a number of incisive passes. Delicious ball to set Hunt in behind in build-up to penalty incident.
Keshi Anderson 6
Misplaced a handful of early passes but grew into the game and struck the bar with a dipping effort.
Diallang Jaiyesimi 6
Another relatively quiet game for the Norwich loanee who was kept tightly marked for the most part. Perfect ball to set up Yates for what should have been a first-half goal.
Jerry Yates 5
Should have put away first-half chance that was cleared off the line and might have done better with rebound from Anderson’s shot against the crossbar.
Eoin Doyle 6
Just one chance in the box first half and often isolated receiving direct balls. Found more dangerous positions in the second and could well have won a penalty.
Substitutes: Admiral Muskwe 6, Hallam Hope 6, Lloyd Isgrove 7.
