Promising youngster Kaine Kesler-Hayden has bid farewell to Swindon Town FC after being recalled to parent club Aston Villa.
In a post on Twitter the goalscoring hero that took the Robins to the third round of the FA Cup, and shone during the game against Manchester City, addressed his sudden departure.
He wrote: "It’s hard for me writing this, but sadly my time at Swindon Town has come to an end, what an amazing run we had.
"I would like to give a massive thanks to everyone at the club who made me feel welcome and aided my development, and also a massive thank you to the fans as throughout my time here, you have been nothing but supportive of me.
"This club will always have a place in my heart thank you for everything will see you very soon! #foreverrunningdowntheright #STFC."
His post was also accompanied by a highlight reel of his time at Swindon, with a melancholic backing track.
