A young Swindon boxer is seeking sponsorship to help him in his professional career.
Marshal Meacock, 23, extended his professional record to 3-0 with a points win over Micheal Mooney at a Sanigar Events show in Bristol on Saturday 21st.
He won 40-36, beating his experienced and tough opponent.
He made his professional debut in September 2025.
His manager, Bec Connolly, said: "Marshal is passionate about boxing.
"Seeing how he’s developed under Paddy over the past 11 yrs is really special.
"At 16 yrs old in 2019 he was my sparring partner getting me ready to fight Olympian Natasha Jonas.
"Now he’s a fully grown man that’s paving out his own exceptional boxing career."
Mr Meacock's next fight will be on April 24th in Barnsley.
Mr Meacock, who is trained by Paddy Fitzpatrick and works a full-time job alongside his boxing career, is now looking for sponsorship to help him pursue his dream.
He began boxing at the age of 12 at Fitzpatrick's gym and has trained with professional fighters including Luke Watkins, Garvy Kelly, Bradly Townsend, and Sam Smith.
He was a standout amateur, winning the national and Riviera Box Cup twice.
His manager, Bec Connolly, said: "We really think with this team in place around Marshal there's no limit to how far he can rise.
"Paddy has an outstanding training pedigree.
"Having worked with James Tony, Laila Ali, George Groves and many others at the highest level of the sport, Meacock is in good hands."
Ms Connolly, who now manages boxers after a professional boxing career herself, said her own experience helps her to guide Mr Meacock.
She said: "I had the most amazing life experiences in boxing.
"I have been the A Player, the prospect in title fights, In the B team and on the road.
"I have fought ten world champions over six weight divisions.
"And its because of this huge varied experience, having had every possible outcome and felt every emotion possible in boxing.
"From small sports halls to big stadiums, I feel I can confidently navigate other fighters through the ranks whilst avoiding the pitfalls of the boxing world.
"I prided myself on my unbreakable attitude, resilience and pure love of the sport when I was fighting and now I’m only willing to work with fighters that are 100 per cent passionate about what they do.
"Marshal is passionate about boxing.
"Experience, as ever, is only any good if you use it.
"I fully intend on using all of mine to the best of my ability to make sure he gets the chances and shots in boxing that he’s worked so very hard for."
Ms Connolly retired from boxing in June 2025 due to eardrum issues.
She left the sport with a record of 29 wins, two draws, and 26 losses.
She added: "The futures bright for Marshal, his story unique and we would love some support from the local community whilst he’s developing as a professional."
