Neilson Boxing returns to the MECA for the first time since November and brings a stacked bill, including a headline match-up between two undefeated boxers.
Swindon will play host to Fight Town Swindon, a boxing event taking place tomorrow, Saturday, June 20, at the MECA.
The super welterweight main event sees Gloucester’s 8-0 Brad Ingram take on Clapton’s Tyler Marriott, who has a record of 6-0 with one draw.
Both fighters made weight this afternoon; Ingram weighed in at 149lb, and Marriott weighed in at 149.7lb ahead of their 10-round collision.
Details for the event include the doors opening at 17:30 and the first bell at 18:00, ahead of a big night of English boxing.
Tickets for the event cost £50 for standard tickets and £75 for ringside tickets.
In the co-main event, Connor Gray returns to his homeland, where he faces Emiliano Leonel Araujo from Argentina.
Gray boasts a record of 16-1-1, with marquee victories over 9-1 Jamie Sampson, and 16-3-2 James Flint.
Wiltshire’s own Luke Williamson continues his rise on the card, as the 2-0 professional takes on Doncaster-based journeyman Jake Smith.
Shaq Marks makes his debut, taking on journeyman ‘The Monk’ Dan Booth.
The best car park to use for travelling fans is Princes Street Car Park, which is a four-minute walk to the venue and offers long stays, which is important as the boxing event can run for over six hours.
Other options include the Whalebridge Multi Storey Car Park, which is located six minutes away on foot, or Granville Street Short Stay Car Park.
There are no extra scheduled roadworks between Gloucester and Swindon, which is important for travelling fans making the trip to support the main event attraction, but there is still the lowered speed limit at the Air Balloon roundabout on the A417.
