Ian Holloway said that Swindon Town would have to look at ways to increase their budget to bring in the signings that they need in the transfer window.
So far this summer, Swindon have been able to bring in five new players, with Wigan Athletic winger Joseph Hungbo arriving on loan the latest of these.
At the start of this summer, Clem Morfuni revealed that Town would be keeping roughly the same budget as they had last term, which was in the region of £3 million.
Earlier in the summer, Holloway said that he would be looking to move players on to try to create space in the budget for new arrivals.

Speaking after the Crystal Palace match, he said: “There are some I don’t feel I need here any more, because of what they have done and where we need to get to. It is all about trying to get us a few more points than we had last year.
“I want to try to bring in some of the people that I am looking at.
“There will be [movement out and in], but if we don’t get out, then we might not be able to get in, and that is the story of League Two, I am afraid.”
However, a number of injury problems throughout the summer have changed this situation, with Gavin Kilkenny and Fletcher Holman now being out for around four months each, leaving Swindon light on numbers even before any players had left.
Swindon are looking to continue adding to their squad, with Holloway having said that he would like to bring in another four or five players.
The former Millwall manager said that Town would have to find a way to increase their budget in order to make the required additions to the squad.
He said: “I think everybody knows that somehow we've got to try and find some other money. And how we did it last year, we did this this time last year, we might have to do that again.
“[Morfuni] wants us to be uber competitive. I'm not complaining about his support for me in any way, shape or form. Never have, never will.
“Don't start me on that again because I'll go down a rabbit hole. Because it seems to me a lot of people won't ever like him, no matter what I do, no matter what I say.
“I have never been supported as well as I have at this place, and I'm sure he'll do it again.
“I haven't asked him yet. But my staff are looking for things because he wants to know what is going on.
“You don't have to be a genius to work out that we do need some people coming in. I'm delighted with the way that the ones that we've got at the moment are working together.
“Do I need more players than I did before? Yes, I do, yeah. Will we be able to get them? Yeah. Am I worried? No. Am I enjoying it? Yes.”
