SWINDON SUNDAY LEAGUE: The Roaring Donkey gained their first Division 1 points of the season with a convincing 7-0 home win over Premier Watercoolers.

Alex Green with a four-timer, Steve Thomas, Tom Fila and Christian Ayres gave them a surprisingly easy victory.

A couple of second half goals from Tate Hulbert and Nathan Perkins helped Juventus to a 2-0 win against SKS Blyskawica.

Division 2.

Danny Hyde and Dave Toomey put leaders Haydon Wick WMC 2-0 up against CJ Marlborough in the first half which was added to by another Toomey goal and Dave Brown in the second period to make it 4-0 before CJ fired in two late efforts to end the game 4-2.

Tony Hurkett scored both Pewsey Saints goals in their 2-2 home draw against npower.

Division 3.

AFC Kemdent had an amazing 13-2 home win against Fox & Hounds who were one point behind them at the start of the match.

On the scoresheet for Kemdent were Duane Baker, Stuart Marriott (2), Steve Richardson with a hat- trick, Paul Venables a brace, Chris Williams and substitutes Kevin Reape (2) and Steve Stewart. The Fox replies were scored by Rob Cunningham.

Wanborough won 5-3 at Rat Trap to maintain second place with goals from Mike Kent (2), Pete Myall, Shaun Noakes and Stuart Murphy with Sam Moore and Jim Hearn (2) on target for the losing side.

Sony Owl Madrid beat Campbell James 2-1 thanks to goals from the Stayning brothers Rob and Phil and Jerry Ash on the scoresheet for Campbell.

Division 4.

Four of the top five, Intel, Mallard, RJK Ferndale and Duckhams all won.

Intel staged a fine second half recovery at home to Auto Colour to win 3-2, goals from Ian Bailey, Rory Trevest and Robert Clarke just about saw them home.

Mallard won by the odd goal in seven against a spirited Southbrook Inn side. Dean Richardson with a couple, Carl Dawson and Wes Christian all hit the target as did Liam Hector and Colin Yates (2) for Southbrook.

RJK Ferndale came away from Nationwide with a 7-0 win which was due to efforts from Danny Scotford, Badsha Miah, Neil Matthews and Rich Kolasinski with a double apiece and Ian Teasdale.

Duckhams routed Dynamo Ashton 8-0 with goals from Terry Adams (2), Neil Edwards (2), Mark Croydon and a second half hat trick from Jon Cave-Ayland.

Division 5.

Nine Elms won the battle of the top two when they defeated Liden Sunday 5-2. A couple apiece from Warren Fuller and Mark McMeeking and one for Paul Webb gives the Elms an eight-point lead.

Castrol join Lava Lounge in third spot after a comprehensive 5-0 victory. For this they had Craig Ingram to thank for his four-timer and one from Pete Griffiths.

Red Lion are progressing nicely after their 5-2 win at Philip Andrews, Adam O'Bree with a hat- trick, Devon McCalla and Mark Giles all hit the target while Darren Grace and Simon Legge did the same for the losers.

Will Tinkler, Kyle Romain, Pete Keegan and Blaine Fitzgerald bagged the Deers Leap goals in their 4-1 home success against Lamb Marlborough, Luke Cox netted for the Lamb.

Village Inn and Pennoes drew 4-4 with Ady Nicholson, Scott Rendell and Nathan Over (2) efforts for the home side being cancelled out by Carl Harris, Robin Creese (2) and Justin Webb (pen) for Pennoes.

Division 6.

A Paul Farrell double and a goal from Tom Griffin helped Dennis Removals to a 3-1 home win over the team above them. Intermach Engineering. whose scorer was Tony Maine.

Westlink swept past Pertemps 7-1 with their target men being Neil Strange with a hat-trick, Graham Prictor, Dave Pearce, Matt and Paul Bissett.

Moredon Cheney were leading White Hart 6-0 when the referee had to abandon the game after 70 minutes because a White Hart player had to be taken to hospital.

Phil Smith (2), Ashley Dodson, Ben Roberts, Pete Fisher and an own goal were responsible for Moredon's commanding lead at the time.

Division 7.

Eldene Social Club beat Smart Movers 3-2 courtesy of efforts from Pedro Porto, Will Inder and Craig Endicott to maintain second place, Duncan Baylis netted both of the Smart Movers goals.

A hat-trick for Tom Valentine and one for Danny Mason helped Green Baize Utd to a 4-0 success at Sandgate.

Brewers Arms had an excellent 4-2 home win against AFC Classic which was due to goals from Glenn Hanley, Kai Crayford, James Eckersley and Craig Graham. Martin Swadden and Rob Walker replied for Classic.

Another good win came from Coleview who edged out Woodlands Edge 3-2 thanks to Matt Boakes with a double and Daniel Willcock, Antonio Mazzotta scored one of the Woodlands goals.

Division 8.

Leaders Cats Solutions won 7-0 at bottom club Red Lion Wootton Bassett with Terry Moore bagging a four-timer, Rich Ward a double and Nathan Wallace.

Pinehurst won 2-1 at Stratton Utd whose consolation came from Tom Heinz.

Dorcan Old Boys won by the same scoreline at Thamesdown AFC with one for Ian Wilmer and Dave Devine, Martin Thompson replied for Thamesdown.

Bear Hotel beat West Swindon Wanderers 4-1 with Lee Giles on target for the losers with a penalty.

A hat-trick from Jon Coole and one apiece for Sean McGovern and Curtis Fry kept Greenmeadow in fourth spot after their 5-1 win at Curriers Arms Wootton Bassett, Mike Lawson scored for the Curriers.

Home Zone won 5-4 at Milton Road with Kelvin Spencer, Gary Roberts, Sean Lewis and Adam Storer (2) on the button. Kevin Taylor, Rob Metcalfe and Paul Milligan with a double replied for Milton Road.
