A superb driving maul sent youngster Matt Carter over for the opening try.
And in the second half, Adam Seager broke through and added a conversion.
Seager added a second after a strong run from second row Pete Aspin.
The second team escaped with a 5-5 draw at neighbours Fairford, Craig Hughes touching down for the visitors.

Mark Savage opened the scoring, Iain Harrison converting, and then added a second after half-time.
Harrison again kicked the extras and Simon Collyer-Bristow was pushed over for the final score.
