REICE CHARLES-COOK: Little chance with either of the first two Wycombe goals, but culpable for the winner. 6

BEN PURKISS: While never entirely comfortable, few of the problems in the Town defence stemmed from his area. 6.5

OLLY LANCASHIRE: Will be disappointed at his failure to clear for Wycombe’s second. Suffered at the hands of Akinfenwa but clearly playing through the pain barrier for his team. 6

ROLLIN MENAYESE: Had his hands full with Mackail-Smith, but got a couple of key blocks in for his side. 6.5

KYLE KNOYLE: Encouraging forays forward in the opening 45 minutes, but faded a little after the break. 6.5

OLLIE BANKS: Not as influential as in recent matches and struggled to impose himself on proceedings. 6.5

TIMI ELSNIK: As so often, look a class above the rest of frequent occasions, but faded a little in second period. Booked. 7

MATT TAYLOR: His left foot is a potent weapon and if there has been a better free-kick anywhere this season, I would love to see it. 7.5

KESHI ANDERSON: Missed a gilt-edged chance in the first half and dropped out of the game somewhat before being hooked for Woolery. 6.5

LUKE NORRIS: Some nice touches in and around the area, but will reflect that he probably should have been on the scoresheet. 7

MARC RICHARDS: A simple opening goal barely two minutes in and always looked a threat, but was largely well-marshalled otherwise. 6.5

SUBSTITUTES: Kaiyne Woolery (for Anderson, 54) Nearly gave Town the lead after Taylor’s wonder strike but struggled to make impact as his side faded. 6.5

Subs not used: Stuart Moore, Chris Robertson, Paul Mullin, James Dunne, Ellis Iandolo, Joe Romanski.
