ONE TO WATCH: Jamie Grimes

SKIPPER Jamie Grimes has proven himself as a capable first team player in his first year in the Football League.

The 27-year-old joined the Robins following a non-league background with teams including Kidderminster Harriers, Worcester City and Dover Athletic.

A powerful defender, Grimes will be looking to block out Town’s attacking threats in Luke Norris and Paul Mullin.

Despite this being his first season in the football league, Grimes has captained Cheltenham through what has been a steady year for the men from Gloucestershire.

Five points from their past five games puts Cheltenham a comfortable 10 points clear of relegation bound Chesterfield.

KEY BATTLE: Matt Taylor V Kevin Dawson

IT will be interesting to see how new Swindon Town interim boss Matt Taylor will deal with the potential threat of Kevin Dawson.

Dawson joined Cheltenham in summer last year and has made a strong impression, appearing 22 times - scoring five goals.

The 27-year-old’s flexibility to move play from the centre of midfield to the right wing could cause Town problems.

Meanwhile Taylor will be taking charge of his first match as interim boss at Town following the departure of David Flitcroft.

Taylor displayed great speed down the left to tee up Town’s first goal against Port Vale when his men last appeared at the County Ground, a match that ended 3-2 thanks to Paul Mullin’s late winner.
