Re: THE letter from B R Logan. Okay Mr Logan you are entitled to your own opinion about Swindon but you have no right to knock other people's opinion.
To call us simpletons is out of order. You knock our football team but please remember there are only 92 teams in the league so to be one of them is a great achievement, a little more support and we would do better.
You also claim that Swindon and proud people should be ashamed of themselves.
May I ask why? It's not a crime. May I suggest that you are the simpleton who lives in a town that you dislike so much. Before you claim you are here because of family, I put it it to you that they obviously do not share your opinion.
One last point. May I challenge you to come along to the County Ground on a match day and stand on your soapbox and call us simpletons.
