CONGRATULATIONS to our local councillors for keeping this year's council tax down to five per cent.
This is indeed an area where our leaders truly excel, milking the local population as far as they dare.
Naturally the price hike won't affect these hypocrites for they have just rewarded themselves a huge expenses rise, which in effect amounts to a pay rise.
