I FEEL there is scope to reduce the number of councillors in three member wards down to two and two member ones down to one.
For example Penhill Ward could be reduced to one councillor by transferring all the area south of Inglesham Road in Gorse Hill ward.
In Blacktown Council in NSW in Australia they have 15 councillors for a population of 350,000 people.
If they can do it why can’t we?
Also I feel all elections should be held every four years to provide continuity and save money.
