A 35-YEAR-OLD man accused of rape and sexual assault is to face trial by judge and jury.

Simon Buck pleaded not guilty to the charges when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.

He is alleged to have carried out the offences on the same woman between January 2011 and September 2012.

The case was adjourned to October 15 and Buck, who gave his address as Halesworth, Suffolk, was released on conditional bail.
