Emergency services were called to an incident in Bridgemead this afternoon.
Wiltshire Police said that a man, whose age is unknown, was taken to Great Western Hospital by paramedics.
The South Western Ambulance Service confirmed that they received a call regarding the incident at the Sainsbury's Superstore at 12.35pm.
They said that one patient required treatment, and was attended by two rapid response vehicles and one ambulance.
His current condition is not known.
