THOMAS Carolyn Anne (née Pleass) Passed away peacefully at Prospect Hospice on 22nd July 2014. A much loved daughter of Stan and Eileen, a loving sister to David and Nigel and a loving mum to Darren and Daniel. She cherished her grandchildren Joey, Ben, Rhys, Lewis and Dylan. Carolyn will be sadly missed by all her family and her many friends. Funeral service to be held at Kingsdown Crematorium on Wednesday 6th August 2014 at 2.15pm. Bright colours to be worn please. Family flowers only, however donations would be appreciated for the Prospect Hospice, c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 20 High Street, Old Town, Swindon, SN1 3EP. Enq: 01793 539432
