JACKSON Benjamin (Ben) July 2015 Very peacefully at home in Wroughton on the 20th July aged 32 years with his family at his side after a long illness. Cherished Son of David and Shirley Brother to Carl and Brother in law to Ruth Uncle to Maisie Beau and Pippa Mae Our sincere and grateful thanks to the District nurses and staff, nurses and carers at Prospect at Home and Thornbury for their excellent care and support for Ben and the family over the last 18 difficult months. Ben loved watching Swindon Town and at his request red would be welcomed, his last wish was to pass The County Ground on his final journey. The funeral is at Kingsdown Crematorium, Swindon on the 3rd August 2015 at 15.00 Family flowers only please but donations to Prospect at Home would be greatly appreciated C/O GL Evans, 10 St John Road, Wroughton, SN4 9ED Tel 01793 814602
