In the old days our country was clean compared to the polluted, dirty place of modern times. The trees are withering, the leaves dieing, all because of mankind. In about one million years I think this world is going to die due to all of our waste products filling up the land. Also we are using too much aerosol that is creating a gaping hole in the ozone layers surface. The sun could burn the earth is a matter of days.
"People can reduce their carbon footprint by using public transport," said Megan Owen age 11.
By cutting down the trees we are cutting our oxygen down. Would it be doing us any good? If you contributed by buying environmentally friendly purchases the world could hold on for much longer. All you need to remember is reduce, reuse, and recycle.
