Who goes there?
The Greene King owned pub is close to the County Ground and attracts supporters during the football season. Its location also makes it a great meeting point for people coming from across Swindon and further afield as well.
What’s it like?
The Merlin is the place to go to watch live football and rugby games. The pub serves good value pub food favourites from noon until 9pm, and it also has an extensive range of ales and wines.
There is a small but ideal function room too.

The Merlin offers Foster’s at £2.99, Stella Artois at £3.44, San Miguel for £3.59, Carlsberg for £2.48 and Carling at £3.09. IPA is £2.79, Old Trip is £2.99 and IPA Reserve for £3.19. A large glass of house white wine is £3.80.
