SUE PYCROFT, director at Vox PR tells us about her life with food

Do you cook a lot yourself? What is your failsafe dish?

My husband and I split the cooking 50/50 - my fallback is a spicy fish stew.

Where do you like to eat out? How often?

Les Chats in Swindon, Pitt Cue Co in London, Al-Shami Lebanese in Oxford - probably a bit more often that we should.

What do you always hope to find on a menu? For starter? Main course? Dessert?

Scallops, lamb or duck, and dark chocolate puddings.

Which foods did you hate as a child? Do you eat them now?

I loathed cheese and couldn't believe olives could be so disgusting - love them both now.

What’s your favourite drink? Alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Red rioja – or ginger beer.

Marmite: yes or no?

Oh yes!

What’s your guilty pleasure when it comes to food... something you know you shouldn’t eat, but do anyway?

Salt and vinegar crisp sandwiches made with white bread and smothered in tomato sauce.

You are on your own at home watching a film. What is your snack of choice?

See above…

You are eating a bacon sandwich... ketchup, brown sauce or nothing at all?

No contest, brown sauce.
