IT is half a century since Fleetwood Mac burst on to the scene, but their music remains as popular as ever, with their album Rumours even now still a regular in the UK top 100.

Hits from the length of their career will be performed by Rumours of Fleetwood Mac, described as “the ultimate homage” to the band, when they appear this month in Swindon.

Part of the Hits to Blues World Tour, the event will include a special focus on the work of band founder and bluesman Peter Green, with early hits such as Albatross and Oh Well included in the set list. Later classics including Don’t Stop and Seven Wonders will also feature.

Rumours of Fleetwood Mac appear at the Wyvern Theatre on tonight Thursday, February 16 at 7.30pm.

Tickets are £27 to £37. To book go to swindontheatres.co.uk or call 01793 524481.
