THE Swindon Advertiser has teamed up with organisers of the Reading Festival 2016 to offer readers the chance to win a pair of weekend tickets, worth £213.

Biffy Clyro, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foals, Disclosure and Fall Out Boy are the headliners of more than 100 acts across six stages at this year’s festival.

Organiser Melvin Benn said: “This year really is a big one for Reading. Five headliners across three days – it’s a first for us and the UK Festival scene.

“We’re always looking to give Reading and Leeds fans something new and this year isn’t going to disappoint. Biffy Clyro and Fall Out Boy are going to be incredible.”

Reading Festival 2016 takes place from Friday, August 26 to Sunday, August 28 at Richfield Avenue, Reading.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers — Anthony Kiedis, Flea, Chad Smith and Josh Klinghoffer — are looking forward to returning to Reading after a nine-year absence and will play a mix of old favourites and some new songs in their set.

Other acts over the weekend include: Two Door Cinema Club, The 1975, Mancunian buzz-rockers Spring King, Imagine Dragons, The Vaccines, The Wombats and many more.
