It may not be quite time to hang up your Christmas stockings, but it is time to buy tickets for your favourite festive shows.
Heralding the Yuletide in Swindon for many years has been the Kentwood Christmas Cracker, which this year has only one performance, on Sunday, November 27 at the Wyvern Theatre.
Special guests will be the young pianist Kimberley Mok, the Aldbourne Band and jazz trombonist Ian Bateman.
The choir, led by Sheila Harrod (pictured) will be accompanied by their own band under West End musical director Paul Maguire.
Tickets are £14.50 plus booking fee from 01793 524481.
On Saturday, October 15 it will be the turn of the Junior Kentwood Choir with their annual show at Swindon’s Arts Centre.
