A MAN was left with a broken nose and suspected broken cheekbone after being attacked as he walked home.
A gang of three men attacked the 17-year-old near to the Carphone Warehouse on Wootton Bassett Road.
The victim was approached from behind and knocked to the ground where he was kicked and punched until he fell unconscious.
Police said he awoke to find his wallet had been stolen.
The attack happened at 2.20am yesterday and the victim was admitted to the Great Western Hospital suffering a broken nose and suspected broken right cheekbone as well as cuts and bruises.
Descriptions of the attackers are limited.
Two of the men were white and one was of mixed race. One was wearing blue jeans and two had black jogging bottoms on. Two of them were also wearing white trainers.
