A JUDGE has put off passing sentence on a 20-year-old who downloaded sexual images of children, so a psychiatric report can be prepared on him.
Lewis Brown, of Upham Road, Old Walcot, admitted making indecent images of children as well as having extreme pornography on his computer.
But after hearing how the 20-year-old ‘giggled’ as he was being questioned about the matter by police, his lawyer asked for time for a mental health assessment.
The case was adjourned to January 25 and Brown was released on bail until then.
