A man who is accused of carrying out a sexual assault on a woman has been released on bail.
Dale Scaife is accused of carrying out the alleged sex offence on September 11.
No charge was formally put to the 25-year-old, of Wensleydale Close, Shaw, during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court and he did not enter a plea.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday, April 12, and released Scaife on conditional bail until then.
