The Household Waste Recycling Centre at Cheney Manor has reopened today following yesterday's closure.
The centre was closed to the public yesterday afternoon to allow for emergency repairs to a four metre deep hole found under the surface of Darby Close, which leads to the site.
A Swindon Council spokesman said the work was carried out overnight and the centre reopened as normal today.
