AN EXCLUSIVE fitness class with Beverley Callard has been cancelled due to a scheduling conflict.
The Adver ran a competition for readers to take part in the session, which was due to take place today at the mikebussPT fitness centre, but a clash has occurred which cannot be resolved, meaning she is no longer available to take part.
A spokesman for the actress apologised to the winners of the competition for cancelling at such short notice, but said it was unavoidable.
Richard Loftus, marketing manager at the Wyvern Theatre said: “We are extremely disappointed that Beverley’s schedule has not allowed her to continue with this event as planned.”
The winners of the competition were Kerry Hewitson, Donna Gagan, Peter Dewhirst, Charlotte Tierney and Ann-Marie Sealey.
The theatre has offered all five winners a pair of tickets to a performance of The Rise and Fall of Little Voice, which is on until Saturday.
