The reigns of three kings will be the subject of a talk at the Central Library on Monday, May 20.
The Three King Edwards – an outline of British History from 1272-1377, will be presented by Robert Jago, an archivist from the Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre.
He will give an analysis of the character of the men wearing the crown in medieval England.
Prior to the talk Robert will be on hand between 10am and noon to offer advice on family and local history research. The talk costs £1.50 for library members and £2.50 for non-members. For more information call 01793 463238 or email localstudies @swindon.gov.uk.
