Swindon Crown Court
A teenager who is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl is to face trial.
Raife Baverstock, 18, of Leighton Avenue, Park South, is said to have carried out the alleged offence on the girl in August last year.
When he appeared at Swindon Crown Court he denied a charge of sexual activity with a child.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to September 23 and granted bail.
