Drink-drive case
NORTH SWINDON: A 22-year-old from Purton was arrested on Friday night for drink-driving after being spotted driving a Jaguar erratically out onto Thamesdown Drive from the Orbital Retail Park.
Special Constables patrolling the area spotted the motorist and stopped and breathalised him, finding the man to be over the limit. He was taken to Gablecross Police Station and has since been bailed while officers wait for the results of blood tests.
